Project Engineer

The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager and project team in managing project documentation, cost tracking, scheduling, and site supervision. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling a variety of tasks while effectively prioritizing responsibilities to ensure timely project execution.

As part of our continued growth in Singapore, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Engineer to manage and execute BMS projects from design through to commissioning. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to creating smart, sustainable building environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate project execution at various sites.
  • Design, configure and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS), including HMI, controls programming, controller panels, etc.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with services and products.
  • Ensure all project activities are carried out in accordance with the offer or purchase order.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to the Manager.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including Testing & Commissioning reports, Certificates of Completion (COC), progress reports, and claims.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of BMS systems and provide training to end users.
  • Enforce the company’s policies and objectives, including quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety standards.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A dynamic, self-motivated individual capable of both independent and team-based work.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant working experience is an advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PR) only.
